1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and MetaTrader 5 account number. When you make a payment, your billing information is processed securely by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. We also collect usage data including login timestamps, EA validation requests, and download activity.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and maintain the BRIX Reactor EA service, process payments, validate your EA license, send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, license updates), and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud infrastructure). All data transmission is encrypted via TLS. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and business purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Firebase (authentication, database, hosting), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (transactional email). Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they process your data.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@brixalgo.com. You may also delete your account from your dashboard settings. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Firebase may set functional cookies as part of its authentication service. Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies or adjusting your browser settings.
7. Lawful Basis for Processing
We process your personal data under the following lawful bases as defined under UK GDPR: Contract performance (to provide the BRIX Reactor EA service), Legitimate interests (to improve our service and prevent fraud), and Legal obligation (where required by law).
8. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States by Firebase (Google LLC) and Stripe Inc. These transfers are conducted under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK ICO.
9. Your Rights Under UK GDPR
You have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Contact support@brixalgo.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the UK ICO at ico.org.uk.
